DARK ASANA YO)))GA, put simply, is a regular Vinyasa (flow) yoga class, just set to dimmer lighting and heavier music. Music that would include but is not limited to drone, noise, stoner metal, black metal, ambient, space doom, and other traditional meditation music. DARK ASANA YO)))GA's mission is to provide a safe place for growth and healing of the mind, body, and soul.

Wave Pool is excited to be partnering with this group in order to offer yoga classes to our community. Classes will take place in the upstairs community room of Wave Pool on the first and third Monday of every month from 7-8:30pm. BYOMat.
