Cincinnati Dark Asana Yoga is a Vinyasa flow yoga class set to heavier music, a darkened room, and dim candlelit lighting. Music selections will include drone, stoner metal, black metal, atmospheric metal, dark ambient, along with other traditional mediation music.

Beginners are always welcome! Class is held in the upstairs community room of Wave Pool - BYOMat and $5 to be paid at the door. For those who find solace in the darkness: join us.
