Video Artist/Animator Marc Governanti has selected two films and a TV show for a series of screenings that have had a significant impact on his youth and direction of his career.  These stop-motion animations and their visual aesthetics focus on formal techniques ranging from the use of plastaline clay to puppet animation. Marc and Wave Pool are looking forward to sharing these delights with children and adults of all ages.

In this film, Mark Twain, Tom Sawyer, Huckleberry Finn and Becky Thatcher travel on an airship through various adventures in an effort to help Mark Twain catch up with Halley's Comet.

Screenings will be outside weather permitting. Bring your own blanket and popcorn for optimal comfort.
