Decomposition is the process of natural materials breaking down over time. The process is necessary for growth to occur and there is an interchange of life between decomposing objects and the newly created matter that forms. The pieces in the show represent each artists interpretation of the cycle of change and growth.

The exhibition from Populus Collective will include works from young artists working in different mediums, including photography, graphic design, ceramics, illustration and clothing design. The exhibition will only be up for a few days, opening in Wave Pool's upstairs space in conjunction with the People Via Plants Dance Party closing in the main gallery.
