Cincinnati Dark Asana Yoga is a Vinyasa flow yoga class set to heavier music, a darkened room, and dim candlelit lighting. Music selections will include drone, noise, stoner metal, black metal, atmospheric metal, ambient, space doom, along with other traditional meditation music. 

Beginners are always welcome! Class will take place in the upstairs community room of Wave Pool, now meeting on various nights of the week so stay posted on the group page!
