Wave Pool Fiscal Sponsorship
Our sponsorship program follows the Model C (Pre-Approved Grant) structure under IRS regulations. Under this arrangement, Wave Pool holds sole authority over the receipt and distribution of all project funds and applies an 8% administrative fee to incoming contributions.
Eligible projects must be rooted in arts or culture, operate on a noncommercial basis, and demonstrate a benefit to the public: federal tax law requires that charitable activities serve a public purpose.
