Enter into the installation currently on view at Welcome, the Preservation Reading Room, created by artist-farmer Lyric Morris Latchaw and chef-artist Maggie Lawson, to enjoy an evening of discussion and reflection around how the plant world can support everyone as they age.
Enjoy a four-course, locally-sourced meal prepared by farmer-chef Katie Jesurun of the Cincinnati personal chef company Goosefoot Cook and Grow. Chef Katie's menu will be infused with delicious medicinal and culinary herbs that support the aging body.
Herbalist Meghan Henshaw of Ocotillo Herbals will lead us through a sensory experience of what many easy-to-grow plant allies have to offer on your dinner table and in your medicine cabinet.
While the Cincinnati Table Dinner events are focused on Camp Washington residents, we are looking for volunteers to help facilitate them, including cooking, serving, set-up and clean up. Volunteers will be invited to partake in the dinners as well if you’d like. Please email Olivia if you’re interested in volunteering.
