Cincinnati's Table Dinner: Substance Abuse is the third of a series of monthly community dinners to build community fabric and connections in Camp Washington, especially focused on assisting immigrants and refugees.
The dinner will incorporate a presentation by a presenter and an interactive art project led by Justin Maxon, creator of the Field Guide to a Crisis project. Justin is a visual storyteller, educator and socially enegaged artist and we are lucky to host him while he works with the Camp Washington community and the Talbert House community for part of the summer.
Please come to the CWURC’s building, 2951 Sidney Ave. No registration needed!
Chef: Rose Che
Artists: Justin Maxon and Loretta Davis
Expert from Addiction Services Council: Cameron Foster
While the Cincinnati Table Dinner events are focused on Camp Washington residents, we are looking for volunteers to help facilitate them. Volunteers will be invited to partake in the dinners as well if you’d like. Please fill out this form if you’re interested in volunteering.
