We're so pleased to announce the completion of the 10th Welcome Edition with internationally renowned, New York-based artist, Shahzia Sikander.

This work is produced in collaboration with ArtWorks to assist in funding the creation of a permanent public work by Shahzia Sikander in downtown Cincinnati. This new edition of 25 large scale (20”x17”) hand crafted ceramic tiles is a bas relief wall hanging piece, hand built and glazed by immigrant and refugee women from Cincinnati. The work contains two intertwined central figures that repeatedly occur in Sikander’s works, female figures represented as rooted yet migratory, vulnerable yet resilient, just like the artisans who are building these works.

We are now accepting orders. Each piece is $7500, signed and numbered. All sales are shared equally with ArtWorks.
